Fixing the Broken Feedback Loop
The traditional way of teaching mathematics in a classroom does not work that well for many students. One of the main reason is that students do not get proper personal feedback on their assignment solutions. We analyse this situation, and show how to improve the situation substantially, by using automatic computer checking of students' solutions.
